The Intercontinental Hotel in New York City, Manhattan, has a great location, and our room offered a fantastic view of Midtown. It was spacious, and the king-size bed for my wife and me was wonderfully comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful and perfectly located in walking distance to many restaurants, broadway theaters and Times Square. The onsite restaurant was phenomenal! We ate there multiple times! The shampoo and soap made me feel like I was using spa quality products! Fantastic! The staff was wonderful, for the most part… there are definitely amazing people working here who care about the guests. Eddie and Leo, thank you for taking care of our family. We appreciate you both!

The location was great for us! The theater we were going to was the next block over, but access to all of Times Square was within blocks. The staff was excellent! Jae at the front desk was pleasant and able to check us in early, which was great. Even the staff at doors and luggage room were friendly and quick. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We'd stay again!
