InterContinental New York Times Square, an IHG Hotel

1.The location is great! Very convenient. Shake Shack is just downstairs, and subway is downstairs between Shake Shack and the Hotel. But suggest you live on higher floor. Because although it is Times Square, so many tourists and they often sleep late, so you can hear the noisy if the floor it is too low. 2. The staffs are so nice! We first lived on 21st floor, but since there is some noise from the room, maybe it is the ventilation, or water pipe, just heard it during first night, but not first afternoon, so the staff helped me to change to a higher floor, a quiet room immediately. I am very appreciated with that. The staff is so nice.

The room was great, clean and tidy. The mattress was a bit too soft for us, made you feel like you sink inside, but all and all felt good. The breakfast was good, but not exceptional (a la carte). For those who doesn't like fat in their food, take the continental breakfast and not the full American.

The location

location - close to the subway/metro, close to Times Square and could pretty much walk to most places of interest. the staff (Michael who checked us in was just an amazing and helpful person. you’re so lucky to have him on your staffing team) Christmas decorations were really classy and made for great photos

close to most of the attractions.
